At Castelli New York, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Conditions for Returns

A return request can only be submitted after the order has been physically delivered.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Trying on items is permitted; wearing or using them is not.

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning most or all of them are not accepted.
Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@castelli-newyork.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside the United States (e.g. Asia).

Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs charges.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking information confirms delivery.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
